We stand on them, we walk on them but we ignore their health and well being. Learn exercises, stretches and foot posture to alleviate foot discomfort and maintain overall foot health to keep us moving thru the years! You’ll learn about the benefits of stretching and exercising the feet and toes as well practice exercises that will help prevent foot pain and deformation. We’ll be using Rollology toe bands and small balls to stretch our toes and feet.
